About me

L1 Support & Systems Administration

I work as a Service Desk Specialist and my daily mission is providing reliable L1 support. I focus on fast and efficient resolution of IT incidents and user requests through the ServiceNow platform. I routinely handle identity management and access provisioning in Active Directory and Entra ID. I pride myself on calm, clear communication, ensuring users can continue their work without unnecessary stress or technical disruptions.

My journey into IT started with programming websites, which I still pursue with enthusiasm in my free time. Writing code alone soon wasn't enough to understand the digital world. Curiosity and the desire to discover what truly powers websites and applications led me deeper into systems administration and cybersecurity.

In my free time I work through rooms and CTFs on TryHackMe , practising networks, Linux and ethical hacking fundamentals. Alongside that I'm working through the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate , covering everything from security foundations to threat analysis and security operations.
